Since our early years of the 1970’s we have looked to lead the way in the development of sustainable construction methods. More than 50 years on, we remain just as committed to encouraging end users and specifiers to work in harmony with our natural environment.

In recent times, we have begun to visit the strength of our own operational sustainability with a change in programme, now in place. This will enable us to better embrace more appropriate manufacture, logistics and construction methods. Our more recent changes include adaptations to our vehicle policy, which has seen our car fleet shift from diesel, through hybrid to now being fully electric. Our commercial fleet will similarly switch to EV once suitable vehicles become available.

We continue to explore with our suppliers the potential for lower carbon production and improved traceability of raw material sourcing. Throughout this work we are adapting our own operational systems across our Worldwide base as we step up our commitment.
