To meet demand from a growing culture of re-cycling, a number of dedicated waste transfer stations are being established throughout the UK. For this particular company we have repeat business at a number of their stations with both new build and conversion work.

With its dry-build format Binwall can be installed as shown direct from the delivery vehicles, working to the client’s supervision and to layouts provided by Grass Concrete. Once in place the wall is as good for as long as you want it to be there, then it’s simply lifted and moved to somewhere else. This makes Binwall an ideal solution for developing projects with a phased capitalisation.

With a uniform vertical face the structure enables uninterrupted storage and aids the compression of materials by mechanical loading shovels, limiting the potential for trash build up as material is push along and against the face.

With each standard Heavy Duty unit weighing 1 tonne, the units can be lifted by a standard hydraulic brick grab fitted either to delivery vehicles or forklift trucks.

Installation is to a concrete pad that should be capable of withstanding the vehicular load.
